48 MOST COMMENTED TRAILERS OF MAY 2026
In May 2026, the most-commented gaming videos were defined by surprise announcements and long-awaited reveals. Nintendo's surprise Star Fox Direct took the top spot with over 25 000 comments, as fans debated yet another Star Fox 64 remake and the controversial realistic redesign. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 followed with 22 500 comments on a massive 58 million views, fueled by its Korean Peninsula setting and the franchise's first return to a Nintendo platform in over a decade. Supercell's Brawl Stars continued its strong run with two animated "Starr Nova" episodes in the top 5, together gathering over 24 000 comments through a magical-girl-anime parody format. Another notable case is IGN's Mixtape Review, where comments (6,620) actually outnumbered likes (4,168), as players came specifically to debate the controversial 10/10 score.
